When should I order my invitations?
Most invitation experts suggest ordering your invitation three to six months in advance. You should be prepared to mail them at least six weeks in advance.
I would like to see a sample of the invitation. Can you send me one?
We offer samples for all of our personalized and blank products. Simply click Order Sample button and a sample is added to your shopping cart. Sample packs are $2.50 and include a printed invitation sample and swatches of available card stock colors. Samples sent standard U.S. mail.
Shipping Times & Rates
Due to the fact that MyGatsby.com drop ships from various vendor locations, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Payment options
MyGatsby.com accepts orders online using our secure server. Payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted with no surcharge. All prices are in U.S. dollars and will be billed in U.S. dollars according to credit card company’s policies.MyGatsby.com reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by fax or e-mail.
Pricing
MyGatsby.com reserves the right to change or update pricing at anytime. MyGatsby.com has office locations in Indiana. Because of this, all Indiana residents are subject to local sales tax within their state.
US Orders Only
At this time, MyGatsby.com ships only within the 50 United States. We do not send orders internationally (including Canada), but we hope to in the future. You may, however, purchase from an international address and ship to a U.S. destination.
Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship on the weekends or national holidays
  • We do not ship to PO boxes

Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, or other conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in shipping your order. If you receive a damaged product, our Customer Service department is here to take care of your problem immediately and replace any damaged product.

How do I update or change my order?
If you must make a change after you have placed your order, you may do so within 24 hours or 1 business day, but will incur a $10.00 change fee and additional turnaround time. Contact customer service to make this change. NO changes can be made after 24 hours.
What is your return policy?

In order for us to keep our prices low, most of our items are either personalized products, or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Therefore, all sales of unprinted items are final. No refunds or exchanges.

If there is a printing error on your order made by us, please contact our Customer Service department within 3 business days after receiving your printed order, so that we may correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in any additional cost to the customer. We will provide you with a return number and have UPS pick up the order from the location of your choice. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer's satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order and additional shipping.

Security
Protecting your information is our priority. We use a secure server with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL encrypts all information transmitted between your computer and the server before it is sent to us.
What is Assembly?
If assembly is offered it will be listed in the last section of the ordering process, right before checkout. We offer assembly of most Mix & Match invitations that are layered (for example the Folio Pockets, Blooms, Reagan 3-Layer Invitation, etc). Assembly means that we will adhere each layer of the invitation together. If you order a Folio Pocket or Bloom, all of your layers will be mounted directly onto the Pocket or Bloom, unless otherwise specified. We do not assemble any accessories such as ribbon, seals, etc. If you are assemblying yourself, we recommend a strong, thin double sided adhesive to attach the printing layer to the backing layer and then to adhere both layers to the Folio Pockets and Blooms. Please DO NOT use any type of "wet" glue, since you don't want the cardstocks getting damp or wet which can lead to wrinkling and/or buckling, and in some cases we have found with rubber-cement glue, the actual letters falling off your invitation!
Can I place a phone order?
All of our orders must be placed online, however our Customer Service Representatives can certainly answer any questions you might have during your ordering process, and are always willing to help you. Please contact us at 1-(888) 997-7899 with any questions.
Do you Offer a Catalog?
Being that we are an online company, our catalog of invitations can be found online. We do not have a catalog as our inventory is constantly growing and changing. We do offer samples of most invitations so that you may get a better idea of the quality, look, and feel. We also offer many ways to search for what you're looking for such as event, brand, price and style. If you are need help finding exactly what you are looking for, one of our customer service agents would be more than happy to help you.
Can I print on cardstock?

We do carry Mix 'n Match DIY wedding invitation kits exclusively at MyGatsby specifically for those who want to print themselves. This kit includes a invitation layer and backing layer. The panel enclosure card may be used as a response card, reception card, direction card or thank you note. Additional blank stock can be found in our Card Stock section as well as printed pieces in our Printed Separates and Custom Printed Mix 'n Match sections.

However, we cannot guarantee compatibility of all our papers, as ink applications and capabilities vary from printer to printer. Please order a sample if you are uncertain about printing. Most card stock papers are a minimum of 80#, and up to 110# weight. All invitation printing layer blank stock is laser compatible and works with some ink jet printers. But again, we are unable to guarantee compatibility as ink applications and capabilities vary from printer to printer. Please order a sample if you are uncertain about printing.

How can I calculate Postage?
Due to the many differences in enclosure cards, number of layers, size of envelope, paper weight, etc. our best suggestion would be to assemble and take one of your Invitations from your order to your local Post Office to have it weighed before purchasing your postage for all of your Invitations. Never assume you know how much mailing an invitation will cost. Can you imagine anything more heart-breaking than getting back all your beautifully addressed invitations because you were three cents short on postage? Take a completed invitation with all your enclosures to your local post office and have them weigh it and tell you the price for a first-class mailing.
