Privacy policy
MyGatsby.com does not sell or exchange names or any information you provide us for your invitations or your personal account. The information that is stored in your account is simply to make your shopping experience with us as simple and convenient as possible and to make your checkout smooth and efficient. The information you store in your profile is used to aid in creating the wording for your invitations (name, event, date etc.) while the information stored in your account is used to process your order (name, shipping address). We do not store your credit card information.
Cookies
As with many e-commerce sites, mygatsby.com uses cookies as a tool to store your selections and changes while selecting and customizing your order. Cookies are small segments of information that are stored on your computer’s hard drive. The cookie does not contain any personal information about you and will not allow someone else using your PC to access personal information.

US Orders Only
At this time, MyGatsby.com ships only within the 50 United States. We do not send orders internationally (including Canada), but we hope to in the future. You may, however, purchase from an international address and ship to a U.S. destination.

MyGatsby.com reserves the right to change or update pricing at anytime.
MyGatsby.com has office locations in California. Because of this, all California residents are subject to local sales tax within their state.
Payment options
MyGatsby.com accepts orders online using our secure server. Payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted with no surcharge. All prices are in U.S. dollars and will be billed in U.S. dollars according to credit card company’s policies.
MyGatsby.com reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by fax or e-mail.

Shipping Restrictions
My Gatsby.com ships Monday - Friday
We do not ship on the weekends or national holidays
We do not ship to PO boxes
Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, or other conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in shipping your order. If you receive a damaged product, our Customer Service department is here to take care of your problem immediately and replace any damaged product.

| Returns & Exchanges |
In order for us to keep our prices low, most of our items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Therefore, all sales of unprinted items are final. No refunds or exchanges.
If there is a printing error on your order, please contact our Customer Service department within 3 business days after receiving your printed order, so that we may correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in additional cost to the customer. We will provide you with a return number and have UPS pick up the order from the location of your choice. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer's satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order and additional shipping.
